It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Omer Ray of Humble, Texas, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Ray and Vernell Ray (Jennings); and his former wife Pat Ray. He is survived by: his wife Rita Ray; his daughters, Robin Morgan (Bill) and Rebecca Lewis (James); his grandchildren, Scott Morgan, Christy, Colby McGinnis, Mandy, Kent Carroll, Dustin Morgan, Emily, Chris Morales and Evan Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Josie Bowers, Malachi McGinnis, Selah McGinnis, Jude McGinnis, Reed Carroll and Callie Carroll.
