He was predeceased by: his father Allen Joseph Hebert. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Broussard Hebert; his children, Erin Campbell (Ryan), Cory Hebert, Anne Hebert (Josh) and Ashley Hebert (Will Lofton); his grandchildren, Mac, Riley, Allen Kole, Jackson and Heather; and his sisters, Cheryl Sweigart (Paul) and Donna Acosta (Matt).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:30 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605).
