She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Orton and Thelma Orton; her husband Clifton Douglas; her siblings, Jean Mashaw Becker and Tommy L. Orton; and her son Paul Douglas.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Lee Ann Douglas of Dayton, Texas; her grandsons, Drew (Mone't) of LaPorte and Daniel (Katie) of Maggie Valley; her great grandchildren, Brooks Eugene and Willa Mae of LaPorte; her nieces, Ann Mashaw Gale of Forney, Karen Easley of Lumberton, Ellen Bisbey of Jasper and Lani Kay Ackerman of College Station; and her nephew Tommy Joe Mashaw of Jasper.
