He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Norris of Hull; the mother of his children LaVonda Norris; his children, Justin Norris (Ashley Norris) of Baytown, Allen Espino (Amanda) of Hull, Tino Espino (Savannah) of Baytown, Texas, Jennifer Herring (Justin) of Foley, Jamie Radel (Nathan) of Kerens and Nina Smith (Joshua) of Daisetta, Texas; and his siblings, Jody Norris, Aubrey Norris, James Norris, Robert Norris, Donald Norris and Mary "Tooter" Chesson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and a host of friends.
