She was predeceased by: her father J. "Red" Phillips; her husband Chester Ottis Tousha; and her siblings, Anna Mae Stovall, Lloyd Phillips, Raymond Phillips, Donald Phillips and Charles Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Tousha (Kindra) of Moss Hill, Donna Whitehead (Trent) of Beaumont and Chester Tousha (Tammy) of Batson, Texas; her sister Joan Reynolds of Ore City, Texas; her grandchildren, Beth Treadway (Joey) of Houston, Colton Wallace (Tasha) of Beaumont, Matthew Wallace (Allie) of Beaumont, Jordan Wallace (Jackie) of Beaumont, Chloe Wallace of Beaumont, Josh Tousha (Laura) of Lufkin, Che Tousha of Batson, Kursten Tousha of Huntsville, Kaden Vance of Huntsville and Georgia Vance of Wharton, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Tex Treadway of Houston, Duke Treadway of Houston, Roan Treadway of Houston and Eden Wallace of Beaumont, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
