With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Leroy Griffin of Hull, Texas, born in Livingston, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Griffin and Valentine Griffin (Williams); his wife Mary Griffin; his grandson Jesse Lee, Jr.; his sister Louetta Kane; and his brother-in-law T. W. Kane.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Lee of Dayton, Texas, Donald Dash Griffin of Livingston and Dustin Griffin (Sherry); his grandchildren, Jason Walters, Corey Walters, Delta Griffin, Douglas Andrew Griffin, Tyler Griffin and Katherine Griffin; his great grandchildren, Jason, Nicholas and Gracie; and his brother Grady Griffin (Linda). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
