He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mancil and Francis Smalley; his son Jack Smalley; his daughter-in-law Angela Smalley; his daughter Sherry Brown; his grandson Randall Brown; and his brothers, Frank Tousha, Tommy Tousha, Harold Tousha and Chester Tousha.
He is survived by: his wife Ima Smalley of Hull, Texas; his son Glenn Smalley of Denton, Texas; his grandchildren, Kevin Brown (Jamie), Leslie Brown, Nikki Linn (Alvin), Stephanie Smalley and Sarah Smalley; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Linn, Kylie Linn and Liberty Skodack. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
