She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Curtice and Richard Curtice; her brother Richard Curtice; and her grandmother Ruth Vanschoonhoven. She is survived by: her boyfriend Ron Bacak; and her children, Alex Worrell, Raymond Mayer (Nikki Johnson), Dennis Mayer (Kathryn) and Desiree Pechar (Isaac Luna).
