He is survived by: his sons, Michael Murphy, Mark Murphy (Karen) and Tommie Murphy, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dawson and Karlee Murphy; his siblings, Mary Stone and Jimmy Don Murphy; and his brother-in-law Roger Smith (Lynn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
