He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovie Alvin "Piney" Morgan and Augusta Perry Morgan; his son Steven Morgan; and his siblings, Roger Morgan and Judy Thrift.
He is survived by: his children, Trevor Morgan (Brandi), Jennifer Castor (Albert), Perry Matthew Morgan, Debra Sedransky (Stuart) and Johnny Seymour (Betty); his grandchildren, Anna Goodrich (Corey), Josh Scroggins, Bridget Barnes (Skylar) and Nick Scroggins; his great grandchildren, Victoria, Caleb, Christian and Sonny; and his sister Pat Rigsby (Skip).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The Gideons International, honoring Mike's commitment to faith and education.
