She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Bullard; her son Ernest Drew Owens; her granddaughters, Darlene Sampson and Amelia Owens; and her sons-in-law, John T. Blackwell and Roger Rancor.
She is survived by: her children, Edgar Owens of Hughes Springs, Valton Owens (Kathy) of Crosby, Velma Blackwell of Daingerfield, Linda Sampson (Eddie) of Channelview and Patricia Owens of Lone Star. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 15 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
