He is survived by: his children, Pamela Michele Nelson (Greg) of Hughes Springs and Bradley Gene Wheat (Ginger) of Hughes Springs; his grandchildren, Garrett James Nelson (Shelby), Carter Bradley Wheat (Callie), Cade Braden Wheat (Kelsi), Collin Brady Wheat, Chelsi Rene Vissering (Billy) and Kody Layne Burns; his great grandchildren, Parker Evelyn Marchand, Nelson James Marchand, Bentley Jack Vissering, Axel Layne, Creed Henry Vissering, Penny Elizabeth Marchand, Jones Gregory Nelson and Corey Bradley Wheat; his sister Debra Newsom (Lee); and his sisters-in-law, Molly Henry and Carolyn Henry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
