He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Collins and Johnnie Faye Collins Walker; his brother Charles Collins; and his son Christopher Collins. He is survived by: his wife Sue Collins; his daughters, Ginger Martire (Lino Martire) and Jennifer Milam; and his grandsons, Tommaso Martire, Paolo Martire, Jordan Milam and Joshua Milam.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a memorial donation to the Hughes Springs Church of Christ Youth at 314 4th St, Hughes Springs, TX 75656.
