He was predeceased by: his parents, Nadine Wisener and Travis Breazeale; and his brother Carroll Wayne Breazeale. He is survived by: his wife Leita Kay Burleson Breazeale; his son Travis Wayne; his daughter-in-law Becky Breazeale of Daingerfield; his daughter Traci Leigh; his son-in-law Michael Lively of Quitman; his sisters, Geraldine Champion of Ore City and Jane (Joe Mathis) of Hughes Springs; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Cody, Shelee and Hazel.
