She is survived by: her siblings, James Samples, Lou Barnes and Sue Debenport; her children, Craig Wallace (Christina), Scotty Wallace (Heather Wright) and Wendy Kubenka (Scott); her grandchildren, Amanda Hartfiel (Justin), Aaron Wallace, Cody Wallace (Samantha), Kasey Wallace, Sina Middleton and Sean Middleton; and her great grandchildren, Carter Hartfiel and Hayden Hartfiel.
