She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Scott Sr. and Naomi Ruth Rhoden Scott; her son Ira Scott Lyons (Scottie); her husband Ira Lyons; and her brother Walter Scott, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Rodney Lyons; her stepson John Freeman Lyons; her granddaughter Keisha Lyons Repress (Miguel); her great grandchildren, J'Keisha Evans, J'Kevian Evans, Jaci Repress, Jayen Repress and Miguel Repress Jr.; her great great grandchildren, Kori Howard, Kodi Howard, Kristina Evans and King Miguel Andrea Repress; her nieces, Deborah C. Henderson, Lauren Y. King (Larry) and Shedaria E. Scott; and her nephew Rev. Rickey L. Scott (Lynett).
