He was predeceased by: his former wife Terri McClung Blackburn; his son Chadd Blackburn; his brother Terry Blackburn; and his grandparents, Lee, Betty Blackburn and Hazel Hall.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Blackburn and Kathie Blackburn; his wife Bea Blackburn; his sons, Randall Blackburn (Hayleigh) and Sage Blackburn; his stepsons, Charles Vaughn (Becca) and Bobby Vaughn (Sheena); his brother Randy Blackburn (Lizel); and his grandchildren, Skyler Blackburn, Cale and Witten Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
