He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth James Dylan Cook. He is survived by: his parents, Everett Cook and Lydia Diane Matthews; his sons, Dalton Everett Cook (Alissa), Dustin Euther Cook and Brayden Harris; his grandchildren, Ryker Dylan Cook and Emersyn; his sister Sandy Gilmore (Mark); his nephews, Kyle and Travis Gilmore; his niece Courtney Munden; and the mother of his children Tonya Lyles.
