She was predeceased by: her brother John Lee Givens; her sons, Larry Allen, Roy Allen and Timothy Allen; her husband M. D. Allen, Sr; her children, Johnnye Ruth Allen Warren and M. D. Allen, Jr.; her granddaughter Melissa; and her siblings, Genora, Queen Esther, Johnnie, Gemeny, Garnett and Glade.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Horsley; her children, Douglas Allen, Lawrence Allen and Nancy Allen-Jones (Jeffery); her sister Hazel Jones of Los Angeles, CA; her son Ronald (Gertrude) of Waco; her grandchildren, Ingrid, Aaron, Ashton, Ericka, Sonya, Renita, Marilyn, Diane, Cory, Larry, Dirshawn, Jessica, Anna, Hanan, Shenita, La'Rae, Lauren, Kim, Tim and Quintese; and her daughters, Brigitte and Terri. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
