He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Royal and Eula V Royal (Turner); his wife Linda; and his siblings, Jerry of Houston, Robert, Lonnie, Thelma and Irma Dean.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vernell of Houston, Eula of Hughes Springs, John L. of Longview and Donnie (Gloria) of Sacramento. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
