He was predeceased by: his father Charles Clark. He is survived by: his mother Norma Clark; his wife Jackie Clark; his sister Sarah McDaniel (Bob); his children, Scott Qualls, Tiffany Willis (Billy), Erica Clark, Andi Fox (Cory) and Chance Clark (Tabitha); and his grandchildren, Dustin, Kaycee, Kaylee, Noah, Mallory, Levi, Lily, Skyler and Landen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
