It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeeAva Coleman of Hughes Springs, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though DeeAva may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those DeeAva touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Odis Richard Coleman; her sons, Rickey Coleman and Romel Coleman; and her brothers, Harlan McMillan and Elwin McMillan.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andrew Pack, Rodney Pack, Brooke Barron, Meagan Grandberry and Ty Coleman.
