She is survived by: her husband Allen Skaggs of Hughes Springs, TX; her children, Jennifer Nix of Hughes Springs, TX, Liz Griffis (Kendall) of Daingerfield, TX and Chris Skaggs (Devin) of Jefferson, TX.; her grandchildren, Emma, Easton Nix, Parker and Adley Griffis; her siblings, Danita Ellis (Rodney) of Avinger, TX and David Van Huss (Amber) of Hughes Springs, TX; her half-siblings, Rick Christian, Vonda Lenger and Lois Ann Childress; and her close friend Darlene Owens of Hughes Springs, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
