He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas, Sr. Andrews and Mollie Andrews; his former wife Shirley Ann Andrews; and his brothers, Carl, David and Lewis Andrews.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Andrews; his children, Christopher Andrews (Misty) and Kelly Ann Lee (Jeff); his grandchildren, Eric Allan Lee, Devan Nicole Kizer (Justin) and Brenden Christopher Andrews; his great grandchildren, Paisley and Landry Kizer; and his siblings, Martha, Dorothy and Clyde.
