She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruford Theron and Louiza Winifred Thompson (Sharp); and her brother Rudy Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Ray Duane Turner; and her siblings, Brenda Shuttlesworth (Tommy), Nell Buchanan (Jim) and Randy Thompson (Betty). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-granchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Charlotte's name may be made to the Texas Baptist Home for Children (TBHC) and/or Jacksonville College.
