He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kizer and Ione Kizer; his wife Phyllis Kizer; and his brother Ricky Jean Jones. He is survived by: his children, Misty Kizer, Michael Kizer (Jilliann), Christina Kizer, Cory Brockman and Vance Boggs; his grandchildren, Charles Rancour, Rose Rancour, Roger Rancour, Koda Kizer, Charlei Kizer and Chanlee Jo Kizer; his brothers, Bo Jones and Jerry Jones; and his uncle Robert Kizer.
