She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Hobbs and Wanda Massey Pettigrew; her former husband Gene; her grandson Liam O'Dell; her son-in-law Kyle Brown; her sisters, Turquince Hobbs and Renee Hobbs; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Maurine O'Dell.
She is survived by: her husband John O'Dell; her children, David O'Dell (Lisa), Denny O'Dell (Chandra) and Rebecca Brown; her grandchildren, Taylor Evans (Mike), Macy O'Dell, Celeste Hollingsworth (Micah), Emily O'Dell, Scott O'Dell, Ian O'Dell, Tucker O'Dell, Molly Brown and Landri Brown; her great grandchild Mayvrie Martinez; and her sisters, Debbie Ridener and Sherri Bennett.
