She was predeceased by: her parent L. C. Simmons, Jr.; her brother Kendrick Simmons; her grandparents, L. C. Simmons, Sr. and Lorene Simmons; and her uncle Winfred Simmons.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Simmons; her children, Danny Terry, Jr., Lakendria Simmons, Regina Everett and Malayah Everett; her siblings, Erick Simmons, Greg Simmons and Shameca Mathis; and her close friend Johnny Hashaway. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extremely close relatives and amazing friends.
