He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Allen and Opal Allen; and his sister Charlene Martin. He is survived by: his children, Ronny Allen (Cindy Casey), Kevin (Cynthia Allen) and Sherry; his son-in-law Rodney Russell; his grandchildren, Shawna Russell, Rustin Russell, Ryan Russell, Autumn Allen and Garrett Allen; his great grandchild Bea Frazier; and his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Campbell (Riley), Malynda Grant and Madlynn Campbell. He is also survived by three step great-grandchildren; and a numerous other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
