He is survived by: his children, Naomi Simmons Patterson (Cory), Quwanah Dean Simmons, Houston Simmons, Kenny Simmons, Jakob Simmons and Troy Perry (Frances); and his grandchildren, Kylaer Dean Simmons, Maycie Anne Simmons, M'Kenzie Blaze Bazar, Cooper Dean Patterson, Lailah Patterson, Maycie Ann Patterson, Amaiyah Simmons, Brittany Smoak, Tabitha Clark and Trevor Perry.
