He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" O'Neil; and his grandfathers, Willie "Buddy" O'Neil and Curtis "Sammy" Orr. He is survived by: his fiancée Lauren Liszcz; his mother Natalie Stephens; his stepfather Cary Stephens; his siblings, Cory Hackett, Katie Prentice (Rob Prentice), Callie Stephens, Justin Stephens (Maria Stephens) and Madison O'Neil; his nieces and nephews, Roxy, Sage, Chance, Derek and Jason; and his grandmothers, Carrol O'Neil and Dianne Cooper. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
