He is survived by: his wife Betty; his child Krisha Bowen (Jeff); his grandchildren, Tori and Jacob; his brother Johnny Pennell (Vickie); his children, Kelly Waller (Levi), Cindy Pennell and Daniel Pennell (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Delaney, Cashly and Canyon. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
