It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Elsik of Hubbard, Texas, born in Weatherford, Texas, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert "Sonny" Elsik; her father James Arthur Smith; and her brothers, Art Smith and Timothy Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Price (Cameron Price) of Groesbeck; her granddaughters, Madison O'Neal of Groesbeck, Cheyenne O'Neal of Groesbeck, Allie O'Neal of Groesbeck and Mckala Price of Groesbeck; her sisters, Janice Savage, Donna Phillips (Earnest) of Eastland and Teresa Smith of Eastland; her stepsisters, JoeAnn Foley and Janet Girtz of Eastland; her aunt Judy Gray (Chuck) of Chandler; her nieces and nephews, Brian Smith of Fort Worth, Jamie Miller of Fort Worth, Traci Arzola of Eastland, Danny Smith of Eastland, Eric Smith of Eastland, Angie Murdock and Jason Girtz; and her cousins, Donald Savage of Weatherford and Christie Kennedy of Weatherford.
