It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Kelly Foster of Hubbard, Texas, who passed away on October 17, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Linton Kelly and Minnie Myrtle Kelly (Medley); her grandchildren, Abbie Hancock and Tim Hancock; and her sisters, Ella Sue Rogers (Kelly) and Lorene Montgomery (Kelly).
She is survived by: her husband J. C. Foster of Hubbard; her children, Debbie Hancock (Larry) of Hubbard and Jay Lynn Foster (Marsha) of Cottondale; her grandchildren, Jeff Hancock (Shanda), Jerod Foster (Amanda), Hayley Rife (Adam) and Seth Foster (Rachael); her granddaughter-in-law Michelle; and her great grandchildren, Ty Hancock, Presli Hancock, Brody Hancock, Owen Rife, Allie Rife, Eva Foster, Lola Foster, Emmy Foster, Chandler Renfrow and Jacob Renfrow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
