She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fisher and Effie Mae Wigley; her husband C. G. Scruggs; and her siblings, Johnny Wigley, Coleta Fay Duren and Joyce Bell.
She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Wigley (Judy) of Goldthwaite; her children, Miriam Jan Fuller (Dale) of Hubbard and John Mark Scruggs (Marie) of Dallas; and her grandchildren, Evan Scruggs (Emily), Kristin McGinty (Tim), T. J. Fuller, Travis Scruggs (Betty), Graeme, Colin Scruggs, Kyle Fuller (Mel) and Pamela Chambers (Casey).
