He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Marie Howerton and Johnny Lee Cowger, Sr. of Hubbard; his siblings, Wesley Brooks of Hubbard, Christopher Brooks of Fort Worth, Misty Cowger Thompson (Aaron) of Hubbard and Kasee Palmer of Corsicana; his grandparents, Wesley, Linda Howerton of Victoria, Billy and Glenda Selman of Hubbard; and his nieces and nephews, Heath, Sarah, Kaylie, Dillin, Winter, Zoie, Jettie, Lilin, Lyric, Joey, Justice and Zander. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
