It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Jo Fulton of Howe, Texas, who passed away on November 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Bishop and Rhoda Bishop; her husband Glenn Fulton; and her siblings, Geneva Stinson, Allene McCormick and Troy Bishop.

She is survived by: her children, Donny (Amber), Susan, Sharon (Jason Crouch) and Tim (Stefanie). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
