He is survived by: his children, Jackie Monk (Carla) of Stephenville, Starla Burkhalter (Kent Burkhalter) of Sherman and David Monk of Sherman; his grandchildren, Danny Monk (Donna), Monica Monk (late Justin Monk), Josh Davis (Kaity), Garrett Monk (Christina), Jared Davis (Kelsey) and Billy Monk; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Taylor Monk, Jansen, Caden, Kinsley, Addley Jean Monk, Addison, Chael, Chase Davis, Olivia Monk, Jack, Clayton, Adeline Mae Davis, Kynadee Jean Monk, Taylor Connor, Skyler Pyle and Kayley Wuestenfeld; his siblings, Truett Monk, Virginia White and Bernice Housewright; and his grandsons, Jansen Monk and Caden Monk.
