He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sr. Butlar and Ethel Leota Walker Butlar. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Butlar; and his daughters, Kelly Butlar Sherwood (Stan) of Celina, Texas, Robin Alderman of Stephenville, Texas and Marla Butlar Cummings (Paul) of Ballinger, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and beloved extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to Foster's Home for Children in Stephenville, Texas, or a children's home of your choosing.
