He was predeceased by: his parents, James E Dickey and Alla Jean Reed Dickey; and his grandparents, Lee, Laura Reed, James Epp and Lillie Dickey.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Berglund Dickey; his children, Gary Don Dickey (Susie) of Killeen, Texas and Joy Dickey Newton (Mike) of Diana, Texas; his grandchildren, Michael Dickey of San Antonio, Kaydee Dickey of Killeen, Jess Newton, Joelle Newton and Jaymin Newton of Diana, Texas; his sisters, Ladonna Lue Dickey Sparks of Italy and Calla Dickey Robinson (Gary) of Denison; his children, Michael and Kaydee; his sister Barbara Worthley; and his brother-in-law Bill Worthley of Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cherished friends.
