He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Evelyn Grigsby; his son Chad Lee Grigsby; his sister Janie Martin (Rickey); his niece Kelly Reagan (Chase); and his nephew Micheal "Jason" Hardin (Kimberly "Kim"). He is also survived by 2 great nieces, a great nephew, and several cousins.
