She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCuller and Cleo McCuller (Earnest Wortham); her children, Marcella and Earnest Wortham, Jr.; and her siblings, Jova Nell Farrar, Virgil McCuller, Gertrude Swink and James McCuller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hurley, Kay Drake and Sandra Hammond; her grandchildren, Chris, Cody, Corey, Jessie, Lodainer "Deenee", Alysia, Leslie, Kevin, Thomas, Angela and Ashlee; her sister Joyce Tull (T. C. Burks); and her husband Earnest Wortham. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
