He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Kelley and Clyde McCoy Kelley; and his sister LaVonne Dalton. He is survived by: his children, Renee Kelley MacQuaid (Michael) of Arlington, Thomas McCoy Kelley, Jr. of Mayner, Brenda Kelley Meyer (Bruce) of Las Cruces, NM, Belinda Kelley Peterson (Randy) of Peru, IN, Bryan Beck of Hobbs, N. M and Bobby Beck (Tianna) of Big Spring; and his grandchildren, Ryan Terry, Shannon MacQuaid, Cobey McCoy Kelley, Ashley Renee Kelley, Amber Marie Kelley, Summer Nicole Kelley, Nicholas McCoy Kelley, Blake Meyer, Brayden Peterson, Payton Peterson, Koltyn Peterson, Crystal Renee Holmes, Christopher Bryan Beck, Christian Scott Beck, Jeremy Beck and Joshua Beck.
