It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Winifred Neal of Houston, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fairhurst and Mary Fairhurst; her husband Billy R. Neal; her son Billy Ray Neal, Jr.; and her brother Frank Fairhurst.

She is survived by: her sister Irene Ladner (Wallace); her daughters, Rae McQuade (Joe), Joy Millican (Mike) and Sheila Morris; her grandchildren, Rae Millican, Jake Morris and Adrianna Monzingo (William); and her great grandchildren, Remy, Laela and Emilia Jo.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
