He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora B. (Rainer) and Joseph Elijah Buckley; and his siblings, Joseph Louis Buckley, Ernestine Sant, Fannie Ruth Williams and Dale Huey.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Buckley; his children, Vickie Schmittou, Peggy Harrell and Johnny Buckley; his grandchildren, Bobby, Loren, Justin, Cody, Samantha, Jonathan and Kimberly; and his great grandchildren, Zeiyden, Jaxon, Molly, Penny, Logan, Ryder, Skylar and Ruben.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carter Conley Funeral Home (13701 Corpus Christi St, Houston, TX 77015). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
