Gandin (Renee); his grandchildren, Jennifer Gandin Le (Chris), Brittany Gandin (Justin Miller), Suzanna Hosein (Danny), Jacob Kilgore (Leslie), Paul Gandin, Jr., Allison Gandin and Madeline Gandin; his great grandchildren, Felix Gandin Le, Nino Gandin Le and Eleanor Hosein; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Snowden and Eileen Gandin.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given in Bill's memory to St. Stephen's United Methodist Church, Houston and/or Boy Scout Troop 604 in Houston.
