He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Colar; his parents, Joe Collar and Charity Collar; his brothers, Robert "Aurel" Wells Sr., Talton Wells, Sr. and Leonard Collar; and his children, Warren Colar, Jr. and Veronica Colar.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Lee Carson; and his children, Tomekia Britton (Terry), James Colar (Cheryl) and Michael Colar. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Greater Commission Family Church (12540 Crenshaw Blvd, Houston, TX 77044). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2426 Cullen Blvd, Pearland, TX 77581).
