She is survived by: her siblings, Ima Dean Blair, Richard E. Spruiell Sr. and Howard N. Spruiell; her daughters, Kathy Smith (Damon), Rhonda Simmons and Cheryl Pokorny; her grandchildren, Damon Andre Smith (Jenifer), Shane L. Lowe, Kasey Jefferson (Ray), Bradley (Sable) and Nickolas Pokorny (Carrie); and her sister Maudie Eads. She is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many other family members and special friends.
