We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 96, Vlasta Jurek of Houston, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Vlasta may no longer walk beside us, their memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vlasta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In their absence, their spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church (5518 Demel St, Wallis, TX 77483). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery (12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077).
