He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeferina Gonzales Carrisalez and Thomas Carrisalez, Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Gloria Hernandez, Josephine Carisalez, Reynaldo Carrisalez and David Anthony Carrisalez.

He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Marie Carisalez of Corpus Christi and Claudia Carisalez Morlan (Roy Morlan).
